WHat is a better workout? Mountain Biking or road biking?

My favorite (I know how bad this makes me) was an opposing counsel's bike crash a couple days before we were in trial against each other. He'd had a bad spill and his head was the size of a pumpkin and the same color. The jury was so distracted by it, they were watching him more than listening to his his witnesses. He lost! ha
